WHILE WE NAVIGATE THE TIERS OF SHELTER-IN-PLACE, SERVICES ARE CURRENTLY BEING OFFERED BY VIDEO OR TELEPHONE. FEES ARE UP TO $170 (SEE BELOW). HOWEVER, REDUCED RATES ARE OFFERED. PLEASE INQUIRE TO SEE WHAT FEE RATE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU. I DO NOT CURRENTLY BILL INSURANCE DIRECTLY AT THIS TIME, BUT I CAN GLADLY PROVIDE PROOF OF PAYMENT. ADDITIONALLY, MANY INSURANCE PLANS ALLOW FOR OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDERS AND I CAN PROVIDE ONGOING INVOICES TO ALLOW YOU TO PURSUE THIS OPTION. PAYING OUT-OF-POCKET CAN SOMETIMES BE A BETTER FIT FOR SOME WHOM ARE CONSIDERING THE IMPLICATIONS OF USING THEIR INSURANCE. YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THAT INSURANCE COMPANIES TYPICALLY MANDATE A DIAGNOSIS, OVERSEE YOUR HEALTH RECORDS AND MAY SEEK ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION WHILE IN THERAPY. THEY ALSO MAY LIMIT YOUR COVERAGE TO A SET NUMBER OF THERAPY SESSIONS REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH.

Offering short, long-term (depth) or maintenance therapy.
Whether you need support with a more immediate need such as stress, fatigue, burnout or anxiety or need space to work through a life transition (break-up, or the passing of a loved one) or more existential processing, like "what is the meaning of my life," this service is for you.

Individual session $190.
90 min session add $50 to base fee.

Pre-Marital,
Couples Work, and
Parental Coaching

Typically goal oriented
5-10 sessions or as needed for those embarking on a marital commitment. Or, for those whom are at a crossroad and need support with getting unstuck, have the desire to feel comfortable with sharing and speaking up, and setting expectations that are clear and can lead to a more authentic relationship or peaceful outcome.

Also, great for couples whom want support with getting on the same page about communicating with their minor or adult child, or perhaps needing support with setting appropriate limits and structure to foster parental alignment.

Family evaluation and sessions as needed. Sessions offered to support families with mental health or substance use/abuse, as well as other possible concerns and issues that could be impacting the flow of the home.
